Employees are eligible to take 24 credits per academic year and will be financially responsible for any credits exceeding the 24-credit limit.
For Faculty & Administrators – The academic year begins with the fall semester (fall semester, spring semester and summer semester).
For Clerical & Maintenance – The academic year is defined as the period from the beginning of the summer semester to the end of the spring semester.
Note: There are no credit limits for dependents.
