Select the time and date that works best for you to meet one-on-one with a UnitedHealthcare Representative. Appointments are offered in 20-minute intervals. Please have your Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) or other pertinent information regarding the UnitedHealthcare medical claim you want to discuss at the meeting.
