2024-2025 Annual Performance Appraisals – Phase III: Performance Conversations

Supervisors will schedule one-on-one confidential discussions to provide each direct report feedback, discuss career growth, and set goals for 2025-26. These one-on-one conversations open the door to discuss valuable feedback, quell concerns, and develop career opportunities.
